Genevieve on reception was a great help. Drilling noise during the day in my room - but as I was out during the day didn't bother me much. Also bin in bathroom didnt have bag or lid which was inconvenient for me as i was on my period. and restaurant closed for renorvation, but as hotel connects to prudential shopping centre this wasn't a bother. Amazing room with great view, great location.
