We stayed here because it was walking distance to the friends we were visiting. We had a room with a kitchen, but other than a few dishes, two bowls and 3 coffee mugs, there was only one set of silverware and one small pan. It took two trips to the front desk to receive a pot to cook soup, some extra plastic utensils, and detergent and brush to clean dishes. The floor was dusty and uneven - the drawers in the bedroom dresser kept sliding open (when empty) due to the angle of the floor - we leaned suitcases against them to keep them shut. The property feels safe, parking was easy and staff were friendly at all times. The bed was clean and very comfortable, A/C worked, wifi was strong, shower was hot. Whole Foods and CVS are right around the corner.

I think for the price this hotel delivers. We actually like the outdoor sitting to have our morning coffee. It's an older hotel but it does the job if you're visiting. About 20 minutes by train to tourist attraction and the station is basically right outside the hotel.

I thought I make the deal of the century when I found this place, slightly less expensive than the big shots around Boston, but I realized quickly I was wrong, 1st of all they have motel standards, they're a motel, 2nd they could do better in the cleaning area, the stairs leading to my room was neglected and looked abandoned there isn't much to do I blamed it on laziness, 3rd their foods need improvement, I'll let you do your own assessment, 4th I don't much about the area but I feel like there is room for improvement in the security area. The craziest thing for me is when the charge me $25 for their parking (who charges clients parking fee?) but besides these mishaps the place is quiet, staff is friendly. If you're looking for a place to spend a night, lay low, this is the ideal palce but if you wanna impress someone it's a big no no.

Exceptional Service at Reception by Keith Kitson, the Guest Relations Manager. We arrived at the hotel at 10 PM only to realize our reservation had been made for the wrong date. What could have been a stressful fiasco quickly turned into a positive experience thanks to his exceptional service. He personally assisted us in contacting Expedia and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and assured. His professionalism and kindness truly made the difference. Seeing how tired we were from our travels he even helped us with our luggage to our room. Truly exceptional. I will definitely be returning.

Breakfast was descent. It’s an older hotel, room has an odor, and older facilities. Customer service was good no complaints. If you are visiting downtown, you are better off getting a hotel closer. We had to uber to most common areas. Hotel at least 17 min drive from stadium and downtown and about 25 min from airport.

The room was fine and the cleanliness was good, but the keys did not work. The first time in the air conditioner did not work so the room was hot and stagnant. We ended up leaving early the next morning.

The staff was nice but overall my stay could have been way better. The first room I got was in bad shape and the sheets were dirty. The smoke detector also was broken they had someone come to fix it. Then I requested a room change to a room that was only slightly better but it was all they had and the sheets were STILL dirty but a bit better but the tv didn’t work and the lights weren’t working. Also I’m pretty sure the sheets had something wrong because my skin was super irritated after. The self serve breakfast was ok but the juice tasted strange. Overall do not stay here just because of pricing, stay somewhere better. Even if it’s for a night.

Food options are amazing! Highly recommend taking advantage of the included breakfast. Lots of great options like waffles, pancakes, eggs, & breakfast sandwiches. Juice and coffee were fresh and delicious. Friendly lobby staff and warm welcomes. Safe area with a Whole Foods & CVS nearby, safe & walkable. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel should not be on your website it is no mare than an old motel. Decrepid, broken shower no hot water. I woke up with some kind of bites on my neck and arms.
