Loved staying at Nantucket property and I recommend the Narragansett property to friends staying in the area. But disappointed in this property. No hot water in shower, sink didn’t drain and didn’t have hot water. When we first arrived the first floor was cool but comfortable but the loft was overpowering hot. Had to run AC for quite a while before being able to use that bedroom. Would not recommend.

The staff were lovely, the room was cute and clean, but to me, that's the bare minimum. Our plugs shorted out, and we didn't have lights on the nightstand or plugs that worked. The next morning, all the plugs shorted out, the water pressure was bad, it took a very long time to get hot water, and there was a loud noise of a compressor or something going on and off outside our room all night. The room was super cute, as was the whole hotel, but unfortunately, I wouldn't stay here again.

The room did not at all meet our expectations, especially at the price (over $500 with taxes and fees for a Saturday night). The room was large, but incredibly sparse. One chair, no clock, no full length mirror. The TV was very small for a room this size and was so far away from the bed it would have been difficult to watch (we didn't even try). We had planned on a 2 night stay but cancelled our 2nd night because of the room. The reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because all the staff was great. The rooftop bar was also nice and fun. However, the room was a dealbreaker. We wouldn't have even stayed the one night if we could have gotten other accommodations. We were very disappointed as soon as we entered our room. It's unfortunate since it wouldn't take much to improve it. The issues seemed obvious to us. The hotel we moved to for the next night was great and less than half the price (but was for a Sunday night).

This was a behaved older building, which I loved. However, I think there could have been a little more effort put into the cleanliness and amenities. The tile flooring was a little sticky and the room was oddly furnished. Very loud banging at 11pm which sounded like it was coming from within the walls. It was conveniently located right off of Essex and right there in walking distance from all the shops and main attractions. The parking situation was annoying considering you still had to pay to park, and walk to your hotel. The room price should also include a parking pass, but that was not the case. The staff were exceptional and very kind.

Feels slightly unsafe when the homeless people across the street had access to the lobby and restroom areas, regardless of the “no public restroom” signage. You don’t need a room key to get to the floors so anyone could easily get to your room. Just didn’t sit right with me.

Everything was great. The only complaint I had was the very very old hairdryer. It looks like a lot of people had handled it to the point that the paint was coming off. But otherwise, everybody was so wonderful and our time there was great!
