Too loud from the street

It was way toooooo loud from the sound outside, for the whole night, non stop trucks driving by. Can’t even sleep for an hour.

Was an okay stay. Our pillow cases, blanket, mattress covers, and towels all had stains on them. We never received housekeeping during our stay. We called for it and were told they’d send someone up. After waiting a half hour, we called again and were told no one is available. They gave us a new room after that which was good. Check in was easy tho, and decent location.

Excellent hotel. Geeat people. Bad location. Convenient to reach Logan but nothing around that is nice, especially in winter. However, it is a great choice for overnight before a flight or a recovwring place after a long flight.

On a scale of 1-10, its a 8.5 Bathroom was very clean. Bed had a very good mattress. Room furniture was modern and clean. The only thing bad was the breakfast food did not always put out bananas and yogurt until the weekend. And the bathroom door did not close all the way.

We checked in late for an early morning flight and found the location excellent for this purpose. On site parking was available which was great since the weather application said it "felt like" -5. The staff were very pleasant, cheerful and helpful.

Disappointed

Staff were nice, but that was unfortunately the extent of it. I was given a handicap accessible room, and the conditions were poor. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and lopsided, the dresser drawers kept opening on their own due to a slant in the flooring, and the bathroom was not clean. The fan went off and on, and the walls were thin. I will stay at another airport overnight option next time.
