The room was clean and spacious. There were several restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. Our room was on the back side of building which was good as there was construction on a hospital across the street from the front. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

Horrendous stay. The stay was very below expectations. Unfortunately. Majority of the stuff in the room broken , clogged drains in shower, and unhygienic. Tv channels barely working. Granted it's an old hotel but there should be a standard of cleanliness and hygiene. Especially when it's next to a hospital where many patients stay there for convenience. We had to change our room after 1st night. Broken toilet seat, carpets were so dirty, stains on sheets pillows & restaurant staff is not friendly - so much attitude & frustration on their faces. Don't work there if you are unhappy. Broken luggage racks in the room. Customers should not just be paying for location.

My only issue was the Expedia website listed some rooms with 2 queen beds. I booked a room that was suppose to have 2 queen beds. When we checked in we were told that there were no rooms in the hotel that had 2 queen beds.

The rooms are dated and old. Cracked tiles, wall paper peeling off in bathroom. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we slept in on our 14 day vacation. The construction noise and the lights being on made it like there were 100 nightlights on all night since there are no dark curtains.

The rooms are pretty date and need some love (eg drawers hard to open, dirty / stained walls or bathtub, etc) The ice machine on the 11th floor never worked for my whole stay. The gym equipment was so-so, need some maintenance and the bike doesn’t have straps on one foot. Service was pretty good and the location was excellent.
