Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Laundry Gather all used towels. Please start a load of laundry with towels and a laundry pod. Dishes & kitchen Wash, dry, and put away any dishes. Please remove any leftover food from the fridge.
Trash & recycling Empty all trash bins (kitchen & bathroom) into the outdoor bins. Bins are located: outside the backyard shed. Keys & exit Close door and it will automatically lock behind you.
Damage: Please report any issues before checkout. Before leaving: turn off lights, fans, and appliances, and lock windows. Feedback: We'd love reviews, it helps us. Message any suggestions
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
