The room was fine. The service was spotty. I asked the front desk to address a few issues or questions that I had and they were never taken care of or no one called back with the information I requested. Not great follow through. My in-room coffee maker was broken and never replaced.

The hotel was nice, the staff was polite, and the location was nice. The beds were okay, the pillows were awful. I appreciate that housekeeping texted to make sure we didn't need anything since we had a do not disturb sign on the door. Was not warned ahead of time that there was a required fee for parking, didn't expect that in Boulder. The wall paper or painting was creepy. The photos were weird. It was fine but we would not choose this place again.

Black hair in the shower, we only had them clean the room once and when they did they didn’t change the sheets; front desk couldn’t tell us information about room service or where the menu was; so disappointing since we are Hilton Diamond members.

Room was cleaned every day, but shampoo and shower gel were never refilled in the shower. Also, there was no soap in either of the two bathrooms when we checked in (compounded by the fact that there was no shower gel either). Shower had no hot water the first morning we were there. Unimpressive.
