We booked one night for a long roadtrip, and the reviews didn't seem too bad, so I thought it would be an alright stay. Our room was covered in dog hair, and there were red stains on the floor under the bed and on the walls that looked like blood. We wanted to use the pool, but when we went in to the pool area, the water was murky and did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time. The parking lot had cars in it that were clearly from homeless people, and there were other sketchy looking people walking in the parking lot. We did not feel very safe leaving our car parked in the parking lot. The hallways smelled like a mix of rotten eggs and badly cooked food. We had two kids with us, and did not feel very safe staying the night, so we packed up our things, and moved on to another hotel. It was a bargain price, but after seeing the condition of the place, I would not stay here again.

Threw my cat out & never apologized.

I pay for a pet fee my cat got out when I came in the room I didn't notice and they threw my cat outside without knocking on my door because I said I had a pet not a cat. They said it's my responsibility not theirs I still haven't found my cat it's been a day. I had them clean the room once in 2 weeks and they didn't even sweep the floor and they try to charge me for a stain towel my soap is red I showed them. They never said sorry just kept blaming me and that it's my fault. When I first got here he told me we don't clean room everyday that's why my room was only cleaned once and not completely. No cover on toilets. Spreading germs.

Worst stay ever

First off I stood at the desk waiting to be checked in for about 25 minutes before I finally called on the phone to get somebody to come check me in then once I got to the room it kept going downhill as I looked around. The sheets were stained, bath tub wasn't clean, there were cigarette ashes in the side table drawer next to the bed, there was a pretty large sized bottle of vape juice by the headboard that was visible to me without moving anything and to top it all off there's a gunshot hole in the window. Also there was only 1 working light in the whole room.

Stayed in a suite and upon getting into the room the knob to the snik was sitting on top of the sink. The manager was very friendly and helpful but the sink was never fixed, was not offered another room or discount which was annoying and we ended up driving home instead of staying due to not feeling comfortable staying. Did not realize we booked the hotel on 119 i just booked where my daughter stayed. Ehen leaving for the wedding 2 police were coming out from behind the hotel. Staff very kind and friendly the property would definitely not be my 1st choice.
