Villa Otium
The name "Villa Otium" harks back to Ancient Rome, where "Otium" referred to leisure time dedicated to relaxation, culture, and escape from the bustle of daily life. We chose this name to reflect the peaceful, rejuvenating atmosphere we wish to offer you. Here, you can unwind, fully enjoy your vacation, and leave your worries behind. Enjoy your stay!

Nestled within a leafy, enclosed park, this spacious 215 m² (2,300 ft²) home offers an ideal setting for a relaxing stay with family or friends.

On the ground floor, you'll find:

A fully equipped kitchen (double fridge, freezer, induction cooktop, bean-to-cup coffee machine, microwave)

A dining room seating 10, opening onto the garden

A cozy lounge with a piano

A second living room with TV (Freebox, Chromecast) and board games

A guest WC

Upstairs, the house offers:

Four bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm); one bedroom also includes an extra single bed

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom (shower, sink, WC, heated towel rail)

A laundry room with a washer-dryer

Outside, you can enjoy:

A terrace overlooking the garden with outdoor furniture

A charcoal barbecue

A children's playhouse

Parking for up to four vehicles is available on-site, and an electric car charger (requiring your own charging card) is also provided.

Maximum occupancy: 10 guests (9 adults + 1 child in a crib).

Please note: Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented:

€25 per double bed / €20 per single bed (includes towels; beds are not made up on arrival). You are also welcome to bring your own linens if you prefer.

We provide kitchen towels, bath mats, cleaning products, and a selection of pantry essentials.

Arrival:
Check-in is between 4 PM and 7 PM with a personal welcome and key handover.
For arrivals after 7 PM, self-check-in is available via a key lockbox.
We remain available throughout your stay should you need any assistance.
