Bassically we got there and they told to us and to about a 50 more people that they don’t have rooms and they couldn’t do anything, there was families with babies, old people… sleeping on the cars and on the floor without any help or compasion from any of the staff, misserable a shameless.

I didn’t even get to stay here. They were over booked and I didn’t find out until I walked through the door to check in, so I was left without a place to stay. Had to sleep in my friend’s bed and breakfast. I have still not heard about my refund and it is now the 27th of May.

Very bad experience, we did not get a room at the hotel, they did not refund the money, it is impossible to contact the hotel. They take money from people and do not have any free rooms, the worst experience with you.

Perfectly adequate spacious accommodation in an ideal spot very close to Bournemouth Beach. Friendly staff. £7.50 charge for parking per 24hrs. Very budget friendly.

good value for money hotel

This is a nice hotel that is clean, mostly very well kept, and excellent value for money. It is near the beach and eating areas of Bournemouth. Definitely worth a future booking.
