Lovely hotel, bit dated in areas but that wasn't a problem to us. No complaints about our room. All the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our evening meals at the hotel, breakfast could be improved slightly. Great location also an added bonus was the car park underneath the hotel.

Had a lovely stay at the Norfolk Royale, lovely having the swimming pool and jacuzzi to ourselves and really good to have the car park next to the hotel although was slightly pricey. Very close to the centre but not too close that it was really noisy at night which was good. Breakfast was fairly good although would have been nicer to be able to have it a bit later at the weekend. Room was very clean although the room was a little hot and could only open one window. Would stay again
