Ideally located between Naxos Town (1 km) and the beaches of Agios Georgios (600m), Agios Prokopios (2 km) and Agil Anna (2.5 km), the eco-villa, which was built in 2019 according to the latest energy standards, is located in a modern style Private pool and terrace, outdoor kitchen and rooftop terrace with a fantastic view of the sea and the city.
The capital of the island is easily accessible on foot or by car or bicycle, but there is also a bus stop 200 meters from the house. This makes the domicile ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy the beautiful old town of Chora in the evening and still want to reach the most popular beaches in a few minutes by car. The location is also ideal for windsurfers, the famous lagoon with several surf stations is practically on the doorstep. The nearest large supermarket is around 500 m away.
The house has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom / toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, induction hob and oven, dishwasher, Nesspresso coffee machine and enough dishes for additional guests.
On the terrace by the pool covered with a bamboo pergola, next to a dining table and chairs, high-quality sun loungers are available for relaxing by the private salt water pool.
