Centennial Cottage 1 Octavia - Walk to town

Centennial Cottage 1 Octavia is one of three private cottages located on a greater estate on Centennial Road. The cottage is walking distance to town and a short distance to venues such as the Bowral Country Club and Centennial Vineyard. Octavia has a queen bedroom, an ensuite bathroom, a separate lounge dining area and a kitchen with freestanding cooker. The cottage is air conditioned for summer and winter, has TV, WIFI, parking for one car and a laundry facility with washer and dryer.
The space
The cottage is located in a century old building and has high ceilings and old timber windows and doors that look out onto the gardens. In addition to air conditioning for both summer and winter the bedrooms have ceiling fans and oil heaters for winter. The greater garden area and its mature trees are shared by the three cottages but Cottage one is located to allow for a dedicated outdoor space. The allocated parking is directly near the cottage.

Centennial Cottages have a dedicated driveway, outdoor area and dedicated onsite parking for the cottage. The laundry facility, adjacent to the cottage is operable between 9:00am and 6pm.

The cottage accommodates a maximum of two adults. Cottage 1 has a dedicated car space for one car. The laundry may be used between 9am and 6:30pm.
