The reserved room was not available therefore was granted a supposed upgrade VIP upgrade which had a view of the lobby and you can hear the front desk Lobby worker all night talking to customers horrible experience no thanks and never again

Again, this was a stop on our way to our destination, but the room was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and a very good continental breakfast. The biscuits and gravy were my favorite, and the waffles a close second.

The gentleman who checked us in was very accommodating because I did not want a room where pets stay. The property is clean and appears to be well managed. Breakfast was nice with enough options for a family. Bed was comfortable and the suites have plenty of room. Right next to Walmart if you like running out for last minute things. Very good travelers choice.

This and That

Staff was not overly friendly. Our room had a sage odor. Rooms were clean. We did find a pair of gloves behind the night stand. No one would have known except I had to look for extra plug ins. Our shower faucet kept coming out of the wall from the pressure of the water. It didn't bother us. We informed them. They came and looked. We thought it was fixed until turning the water on again. We informed them again. Maintenance said they will fix it after we leave. The guest service worker said, "Dont worry, we won't charge you damages. Aaahhh, what? I would think not!!!! The breakfast was good. They have 2 waffle makers, eggs, bacon, buscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, muffins, bagels, juice. The guest service personnel wasn't super helpful when asked for food and entertainment suggestions. However, after talking more they are new to the area. Staff only come into clean room every 3 days unless asked. Pool is small. Hot tub fits up to 3. The hot tub was so hot that we could only stay in it for a little bit. In addition our eyes burned from the chlorine after 10 minutes. Another mom with kids wouldn't let her kids into the hot tub because of temp. The location is good for going here and there. Gas station was right next store along with Walmart directly behind hotel. Beds were ok but left our backs hurting.
