The staff was very friendly and accomidating. The hotel was clean and brand new. The room was very quiet despite being next to the main entry way. The bed was comfortable and linena were high quality. It was very nice having the kitchenette. Silverware and basic pots and pans were included. The icemaker was right in the room freezer. Staff were always ready and able to change out towels and provide extra toilet paper and trashbags right way.

No one at the front desk for 15 mins. It then took another 20 to check-in. Even after all that, they had to call me because the card didn’t stick in the system for incidentals, so I had to go back down and provide it again.

Our room wasn’t ready.

We arrived from a long traveling to our room and our room was not ready. It was dirty and they didn’t have another room for us. We had to leave to another hotel. We had our 4 kids. It was terrible for that hotel not to have our room ready.
