This minimalistic loft offers a blend of modern convenience and vintage charm. With two cozy bedrooms and one bathroom, it's an ideal space for those who appreciate both comfort and simplicity. The living room offers a cozy couch for everyone to snuggle up on and watch a movie or play a board game. There is also a designated desk space if you need to work. Off the living room is the dining room, which turns into the kitchen. The dining room offers seating for four people to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen has retro appliances, which not only enhance the kitchen's aesthetic but adds a unique, personalized touch to the space, offering a perfect blend of old-fashioned character with today's modern living.

The two bedrooms are located off the living room. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom attached to it with plenty of room to rest. The other bedroom also has a queen-sized bed with an expansive view of downtown. Both bedrooms offer solace after an adventurous day of exploring Bozeman. There is also a community washer and dryer located in the building for your use.

In the winter, nearby Bridger Bowl is a local's favorite for downhill skiing with 350 inches of snow on average, 8 lifts, and 2,000 skiable acres! You can also drive to Big Sky for even bigger downhill skiing or cross-country skiing at Lone Mountain Ranch, voted #1 Nordic Ski Resort in North America. Looking for more thrills? As a college town, Bozeman is always bustling with activity and something for everyone.

In the summer, Bozeman boasts numerous events and festivals like the Sweet Pea Festival, rodeos and MSU Graduation.
