Welcome to Wander Bradenton Beach, a brand-new luxury island retreat where turquoise waters and powdery white sands meet high-performance design and comfort. Enjoy a private backyard oasis featuring a heated pool, spa, and a covered lanai with ping-pong and Foosball—perfect for fun and relaxation. Everything you need for a carefree beach day is provided, including chairs, toys, a wagon, and a cart. As the day winds down, head to the private rooftop deck to sip your favorite drink and take in breathtaking Gulf Coast sunsets from the best seat in the house.

Located on beautiful Anna Maria Island, the area boasts stunning beaches like Bradenton Public Beach and Holmes Beach. Enjoy local dining at waterfront restaurants and explore the island's laid-back atmosphere with easy access to Cortez Village and its historic charm.

CONSTRUCTION
Please note that there is construction taking place at the neighboring property. You may hear some noise during regular work hours, but we expect your stay to remain comfortable. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited at the risk of fines and possible eviction.

SAFETY
Since tides affect swimming, fishing, and beachcombing, it’s always best to check the tide schedule before heading out.

EVENTS
Hosting parties and events in this Wander is strictly not allowed without prior approval.

POOL HEAT
The pool is available year-round. There is a $150/day fee for pool heating at this home. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

PETS
Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.


ACCESSIBILITY
This home contains features that may be difficult for pets and elderly - including climbing a set of stairs to access additional levels.

I have never left a bad review online before, but can say with confidence - do not risk staying here. There were three major problems: 1) The construction noise was extremely loud. Before the stay Wander emailed me "While we expect your stay to still be comfortable, you may notice some noise in the mornings during regular work hours." Saying that it would be in the morning was a complete misrepresentation - from 9 AM to 6 PM they were working incredibly loudly. Christmas eve at 5 PM? Drilling. Even Christmas morning at 9 AM they were hammering. It was incredibly disruptive and clearly misrepresented by Wander. 2) The house was just not fully clean. I found a dead roach in the middle of the kids room when we arrived. They seemed to have forgotten that there was a top shelf to the dishwasher, as I found a fully moldy mallet when I opened it. There were stains on couches. And oddly, they only had hand lotion in the bathrooms, not actual soap. 3) Communication with Wander was poor. I messaged ahead of time to make sure the pool was heated. They told me it was 150 for the stay to keep it warm. I said okay - they sent me a bill which I paid. They then followed up and said actually, its 150 per day and I needed to pay more. This is on a 10,000 stay. I gave the stay two stars - one for the proximity to a great beach, half a star for the shallow pool area and half a star for well stocked beach accessories. But needless to say, I would absolutely not stay here again.
