This two bedroom two bath condo has a very nice view of the waterway and you are only a few steps from Runaway Bay's beautiful pool. This condo has been completely updated. All furnishings, baths and kitchen. Master bedroom has a King bed and the guest bedroom has a Queen and a Twin bed. Livingroom sofa turns into two recliners. Has flat screen tv's in both bedrooms. Livingroom has large flat screen TV. Cable and Wi Fi are provided. Unit comes with 5 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, beach buggy, beach towels and cooler.

As of 07/20/2026 ~ Tennis, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, dock, pool, pool restrooms and laundry facilities and workout room are now available at this time.

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, pickleball,

shuffleboard and Bar B Q grills are nearby, a kayak launch and fishing pier are provided.
