This newly revonated 1st floor condo is near the beach, IMG, and a variety of activites, making it easy to plan your visit. Within the complex are 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis/ pickleball/basketball courts, shuffle board, and a BBQ area at the Clubhouse.

The kitchen and living room has an open floor plan. The furniture is comfortable and the place has a warm feeling to relax and feel at home in. The condo is a short walk to the Clubhouse and set back enough to quietly relax on the lanai.
The space
This Shorewalk Dream Condo is a 1st floor property that has an open and inviting floor plan. The entire condo is newly renovated with stylish features.

This is a NO SMOKING ALLOWED unit.

We are a short distance to the beaches and within walking distance to places where you can eat out and shop (Aldi, Publix, CVS). We are also very close to IMG Academy.

The Shorewalk Condo Association offers 2 Pools/2 Spas, Tennis/pickle and basket ball courts, shuffle board and bocce ball court, table tennis, BBQ's, club house with a pool table, large screen TV/lounge area, and an outside dining area. There are clubhouse staff (10am to 10PM daily) to handle your rental/reservations of recreational equipment. You need to bring your pool/recreation pass to use facilities! We provide 4 passes in our condo. They must all be accounted for when you leave or a $20.00 charge each will be taken if any are lost.

Our Lanai is enclosed to keep you comfortable on too hot or cold days. The enclosure has slider windows which allow for enjoyment of the pond, nature and beautiful weather.

Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a Extra FIRM mattress and Roku TV with basic Spectrum and access to key in your own account (HULU, Netflix, etc.). The master bedroom has an attached fully tiled bathroom.

2nd bedroom - TWIN BEDS with FIRM mattresses and Fire TV with access to key in your own account (HULU, Netflix, etc.) There is a second fully tiled bathroom across the hallway from the 2nd bedroom.

Our dine-in kitchen is comfortably stocked with whatever you might need to prepare a meal. We have a disposal, dishwasher, induction electric stove, microwave and refrigerator.

There is a new large capacity stackable Washer/Dryer.

We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, towels and a cooler.

This complex has monitored strict rules. Breaking these rules is cause for immediate removal from the premises.

Rentors must be over 21 years old to rent

No parties or loud noise allowed

Animals are also not allowed ~ trying to sneak in pets is not tolerated. ESA owners must provide a signed and dated Health Provideer letter on official letterhead confirming disability and need for an ESA prior to booking

NO Commercial Vehicles, RVs or trailers are allowed to park on this premises.

You are welcomed here for short term (3 night minimum) or long term stays (over 30 days).

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire condo except 3 locked closets (1 in master bedroom, 1 in the guest bedroom & 1 in the hallway)

Starter toilet paper, paper towels, laundry & dishwasher detergent and bathing soap are provided
