This 3 Bedroom Duplex is located in East Bradenton near Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, and close to Sarasota. It is near Lake Manatee State Park, Bradenton Motorsports Park, Fort Hamer Park, the Florida Railroad Museum, and Downtown Lakewood Ranch. We have renovated our home for maximum comfort with modern touches and with a fenced yard for children and pets. Our home is child and pet friendly. Ask if you need both sides of the duplex for 6 beds 2 baths total.

This rental home was the perfect choice for our family. Visiting for family medical reasons, we needed a place close to our parents, as well as close to stores and shopping needs. The neighborhood is safe and residential. The house is a three bedroom with a spacious living room. The back yard is fenced in and has a cute table with an umbrella and chairs…which was my morning coffee location. Each bedroom and the living has a large television and streaming services which all worked perfectly. The wireless connection was fantastic for business needs. Beaches are only 35-45 minutes away. We drove to Anna Maria Island one day and it was very convenient to drive to from the house. We will be staying here whenever we can the next time we have to visit Bradenton/Sarasota. Huge thanks to Susanna and Thomas for their hospitality and care,

We stayed here for three nights during the Presidents Cup Lacrosse Tournament, and it was the perfect place to unwind after long days at the fields. We checked in after dark, and the property was well lit and immediately felt inviting.The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host’s communication was excellent... quick, clear, and very helpful throughout our visit.It was a great spot to rest and recharge between games. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area for lacrosse.
