Beautiful warm and sunny place to end Michigan winter.

House has everything and neighborhood is quiet. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Really enjoyed our 2 week stay.

Amazing experience

The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for everyone. The highlight was definitely the private pool in the backyard—it was perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location! House was immaculate with everything you could think of, we especially enjoyed the warm pool during the cooler evenings. Short drive to LeCom Park to see the Pirates and then the Clam House bar & grill, for some delicious grouper! Master bedroom has the most comfortable king size mattress! Breakfast Company was a short drive away as was Lakewood Ranch. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this wonderful home! Kendry answered our few questions, but we didn’t need to ask much, as everything is marked and self explanatory. Love this place

Weekend Getaway

This home was perfect for our family to spread out during a soccer tournament weekend. Even though the weather was cool, the pool was warm and much enjoyed during our stay. Beautiful decorated and very clean home! Pool was heated which was nice for swim in the evening. Enjoyed a nice fire in the firepit a couple nights. Plenty of pool and beach towels. Great experience overall!

This was our second time staying at Kendry’s home. Plenty of room for our group. Listing/description is very accurate and has everything you could want as far kitchen accessories, towels etc. The heated pool and fire pit outback were both great. There is a nice playground within walking distance for the grandkids. Would definitely recommend the property!

Great house in a great location!

We were in Sarasota for the Youth Rowing Nationals at Nathan Benderson park. The house in conveniently located less than 15 min away (with multiple options of getting there). The house itself is lovely & clean. The kids loved having the pool and all the beds. Owner was very easy to communicate with & always promptly responded if we had any questions. I would stay here again!

Florida Sibling get away

The house was very clean, spacious, and met our needs. We enjoyed the warm pool, outdoor living space and privacy. It was close to shopping, grocery, and half hour to 45 minute driving distance to the beach depending on the traffic. We would return there again. We had a great week!

Great Christmas Getaway

We rented over Christmas and New Year and it was great. The community was conveniently located for us. So easy to get to AMI. The beds were some of the most comfortable of any rental we’ve ever rented. The house is well stocked with linens and kitchen cookware. The pool was great and heated so we swam everyday. Owner was always prompt with responses and accommodated each of our requests.

The house was very clean and as pictured on the VRBO listing. Communication with the host was easy and was very responsive. The couches and tv in main area were comfy and tv on the lanai is an added bonus. We loved that pickleball was a few houses down. Loved the privacy of the pool area. Plenty of towels available! Great location near 70 where restaurants and Publix. Highly recommend.

Fun in Sarasota

We had a great week. The property is exactly as pictured/described. Clean, comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels etc. The heated pool was great for March in FL. It was cool enough in the evening to have s’mores by the fire pit. The property manager was very responsive. Would highly recommend and would definitely return. Thanks for a great week.
