This 5 bed, 5 bath vacation home with 3 full sofa beds is newly remodeled. Look out your window to see the beautiful resort-style backyard with a LARGE heated saltwater pool and baja sun shelf with umbrellas and plenty of seating. This home has an open-concept design with a fully equipped kitchen & bar. Off of the living room guests can enjoy outdoor dining on a spacious private deck overlooking the pool. There is also a fridge, gas BBQ grill and stove and Blackstone flat top for use near the pool and in the pool house kitchen. A pool bathroom is also on the first floor available for all guests. Also poolside is a dining/hang out area with outdoor string lights to set the sunset mood off right.

This listing is for the ENTIRE property, which includes Unit A and B with 2 beds and 2 baths each and the guesthouse with the 5th bed and bath.

“Tropical Haven” is located 2 miles from the beaches of Anna Maria Island and is less than a block to the bus stop. It is also conveniently near several grocery stores, IMG Academy, a movie theater, bowling alley, putt-putt and regular golf courses, fishing, water sports, local entertainment and more.

PET POLICY: This home has a $20/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collected. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

POOL HEATER RULES:
Pool heat temp is set at 83º and runs each day from 7 AM until 7 PM from October 15-April 15. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather will naturally heat the pool.
This pool is heated by a heat pump and is only capable of heating to around 15-20 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. (If the high for the day is 55, the pool may only be able to reach 75).

A SIGNED DESTINATION PARADISE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS.

As a guest of Tropical Haven - 4503/05, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
