The breakfast was excellent, the staff helped me with food that I could eat in spite of dealing with multiple food allergies. The area was well attended and the offering was especially nice for my spouse. Our room was very comfortable and the staff were pleasant.

The breakfast had lots to choose from, friendly staff. The only thing that would change is that the mattresses were wrapped in plastic. I understand why they would do that but it was very hard to sleep because every time you moved the plastic would crinkle.

Avoid the first floor.

They need cheese for breakfast sandwiches. I love staying in October because they always had a pumpkin waffle option, i was disappointed this year with only the regular waffle option. Another issue was the first floor...aka the dog kennel. We have never had the unpleasant experience of the first floor. Apparently this is where they keep all of the dog people. They bark non stop and you can definitely smell dog. For future stays, we will request the upper floors. The staff is always pleasant, but unfortunately were unable to accommodate a room change due to the hotel being full.

Avoid the first floor!

We have been staying at the Hotel for the past four years. Up until this stay, 10 stars. However this stay was disappointing. Apparently the first floor is literally the "kennel" A plethora of barking dogs and their over indulgent owners. We never experienced the annoying non-stop dog barking as this is the first time we were roomed on the first floor. Never again. Moving forrward, we will always request the upper floors. When I expressed my unhappiness with the yapping dogs, the person at the front desk was rude and offered me a king room. We had a double queen, as we needed 2 separate beds for ourselves and our kids. I understand the hotel was full, however instead of us moving the dog issues should have been addressed with their owners.

The property is well maintained and our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but the beds were comfortable and everything worked properly. The water pressure in the shower was incredible. The biggest benefit to staying here is the breakfast. I am usually skeptical when hotels provide free breakfasts with rooms but this place is an exception. Fresh eggs (not powdered) and bacon or sausage every morning. Fruit, cereal, waffles, bagels, a yogurt machine with toppings, a late and moca machine, coffee, juice. What more could you want? Also, the onsite lounge is a nice area to have a drink.

The property was very nice staff very accommodating. I like the fact I was able to bring my dog. The only disappointing moment was during breakfast. I wanted to just go grab a muffin and a coffee and the woman who’s running the area, that’s just adjacent to where you’re allowed to bring your dogs, said I couldn’t bring her into the area. I wasn’t gonna sit. I just wanted to get a cup of coffee and go back to my room, she was the only unpleasant person I bumped into my whole visit. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.
