The fellow that check us in at 2:30 pm, while very polite and helpful in the 'checking in' stage should have told us that the room he was assigning to us was right beside the boiler room and right above the restaurant where the noises were able to transfer though the walls and floor all night long. When we went to bed at 10:00 pm all was good but around 11:30 pm noises started intermittently and lasted all throughout the night (machinery starting up noises and banging noises too - about 6:15 am below in the restaurant) The room # was 211 and if you advertise staying at this hotel, make sure that you never book that room out. Clean but not great. In desperate need of updating. Pleather couches in foyer are all cracked and disgusting. Not an ideal way to great guests. Rooms aren’t amazing either. Night 1-We were given a key to a room that was already occupied. Not ideal for the man who was in there or for us. Back downstairs to the desk. Night 2-Both room keys wouldn’t work. Back downstairs to the desk. Can’t comment on breakfast because we didn’t partake. Overall rating = disappointing.
