Room was fresh and bed comfortable. The cleaning lady was just making my bed when I checked in. She was apologizing and offered me a chair to sit on. I tipped $ her because she was so kind. I wear a knee brace. Natalie at the front desk was not very friendly when I checked in, but actually smiled when I was checking out.

We booked a room which was supposed to have been a pet friendly room and after checking in were informed that it wasn’t and that we have to leave. I am not happy about this and will likely not stay here again

The staff were friendly , hotel entrance cozy and inviting . Room was clean , snack and drink machine close at hand , nice to have an excercise room , breakfast room we look forward to in the morning . Not pleased that the hot tub was empty and out of service

Staff was friendly rooms were clean. The outside of the property is a bit run down. Also check in took a long time as the reception was on the phone someone else did come but never asked to help us.
