Pleasant and affordable

There were two people at the door to take our reservation. The room were spacious and clean. The evening was quiet and a restaurant was attached. Lovely spot near the large Brandon Shopping Center.

They've done their best to renovate room's, yet the paint job was poorly done. The floor was filthy, especially in the bathroom where there was urine stains present around the toilet still. Both our bathtub and bathroom sink didn't drain properly as well. I had booked specifically for a pool with a slide, only to find out when checking in that the slide was under maintenance (and apparently for some time already?). Disappointing for kids who were looking forward to a slide.

A little disappointing stay

I was a little disappointed, as a request for a handicap room was made, but not received. After total knee replacement surgery, I was in for a follow up appointment with the surgeon. Found using the toilet very difficult, as there were not bars to assist me and the height of the toilet made it VERY difficult to use. Will likely not return.

To be fair, it's a LOT nicer than it used to be, but they really polished a turd here. Creaky thin lumpy floors and walls, no peepholes in the doors, bathroom door didn't close, windows had no screens and the locks were broken,
