Very nice hot tubs & pools with hours from 8 am to midnight! Great breakfast with server at the buffet! Our room was clean and comfortable - air wasn't super cool, but we were there at a very humid time. The location is amazing! The only real issue we had was with the key cards - had to have the reset 4 times, which was inconvenient. I believe it might be the actual door lock itself that was the issue. The front desk staff were very nice about it though. Overall, good stay - would stay again.

Customer service was exceptional and the hotel was very nice and accommodating. However, it just felt old and a little cheap. It was not bad at all, but I could definitely use some updating, and if they're not going to update, maybe some deep, deep cleaning.

While they did accommodate our dog being with us the breakfast was not the greatest and we all ended up with bug bites all over us after the first 2 nights staying there.

Older, solid hotel, in great repair. Very quiet. All staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. Room generally very clean, could be a little better with mirrors, bathtub, and “around the edges.” Common areas including hallways/elevators/laundry room were very clean. Was great having a second, separate sink in the bathroom area. Lovely gift shop where you can also purchase show tickets. Nice breakfast, good variety and pleasant dining area. Pool/spa nice also. Would stay again.

Everything was to our satisfaction. The room key did not work well as it took several times for it to register. Something with it connecting with or registering with the coding. All else was great. Would stay again.
