The place was wonderful. Great location, very nice view, overall very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was okay. A little small and lost heat (the temp began dropping after 20 to 30 min). The kitchen was well-stocked. Love that drawers and cabinets were labeled. Very clean Kitchen utensils and dishware. There are many wasps living inside the ceiling fan in the sunroom. We loved the sunroom, but had to move inside. The host was very responsive and thorough. We'd definitely stay here again.

For our group of 8, it was adequate. The heated feature was a game-changer, allowing us to enjoy it every single night despite the fall chill. We also enjoyed the hot tub, switching between the pool and the hot tub.• Spotlessly Clean: The property was very clean and well-maintained when we arrived.• Fully Stocked: It had all the amenities we needed, from kitchen appliances to plenty of towels. It truly felt like a "home away from home."• Comfortable for 8: The sleeping arrangements and common living spaces comfortably accommodated our entire party.

House was overall great. Cleanliness of the property was the biggest issue. Floors were very dirty and there was a lot of dust/bugs on the main level. Pool was also only half filled and we didn’t see a way to fill the pool up. Upper deck had a great sunset view!

We had 11 of us, 3 kids 5 to 9 and 8 adults. House had plenty of space. The main beds were comfortable but the pull out sleeper beds were not. The pool, which is a plunge pool is really small for this size house. No one even got in it because it was so small, even the 3 kids. The hot tub is a nice feature and was used. Would have been nice to have a TV on the main level living area, main TV was downstairs in second living area. Location is good and place for the most part was clean. We had a great time enjoying Branson as a family. Check in was easy and host communicated ahead of time and really no communication needed after we arrived. Would rate this place a 4 overall.

This property was great! Communication was easy and quick! Only thing I would add would be there are many levels so if you have anyone who has difficulty doing stairs it can be tricky…. But there is a bedroom and bathrooms on the entry level
