Worst experience. For instance, asked for an additional blanket (family of 4 in 2 queen beds). Was told the first night that housekeeping was locked up and they could not access. Second night i was told the same and that they would get ahold of management to accommodate. When called back i was told i could not have another blanket.... at a hotel.... quite the hospitality expected. The GM was extremely rude when speaking to us outside our room. The room was dirty, and smelled of mold. The tub stopper didnt work. The housekeeping never refreshed the room. The phone was missing almost all the buttons. The pool was filty and cold. The hot tub was roped off. The staff didnt seem to know what was going on with their own hotel. The public restroom by breakfast was out of soap and paper towels... just over all BAD BAD BAD. The worst experience. The location was the only perk... do not stay here.

False advertising. No jacuzzi and the upgraded room I paid for was filthy with a dirty jetted tub that had black stuff that came out of the jets. Not even a microwave in the room and it smelled bad. Also no coffee at breakfast. Just a poorly run place

Hot tub, broken they are not going to fix it as I was told. I only booked this room because it had a king size bed and an accessible room with an accessible bathroom and when I arrived, the accessible room was not available. The hot tub was broken and as I was told not going to be repaired When I went into my second floor room with two beds, which I didn’t even need two beds the room smelled like bug spray like it had been recently exterminated, and I pulled the plug out of the power strip behind the entertainment center to reveal bug feces the bathroom silicone on floor and round tub was peeling up and dark colored Behind the bathroom door and on the floor around the edges was dirty. I didn’t even set my bags or anything down on the floor I kept them elevated even my shoes for fear that I might contract some sort of insects or pests the lobby where I checked in at had massive stains all over the carpet rug And if you don’t park right against the building, the entire parking lot is a hillside. Will not stay here again the only reason I checked into this hotel in the first place was for an accessible room with the king size bed, and the hot tub.

Smell motel

Bad smelling room and areas around the rooms. Stan carpet. Bed smell funky and look like something was growing on it. Run down looking motel. It's not a hotel.

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool, hot tub and the way it looked. But to our surprise when we arrived the pool and hot tub were closed, the ice machine on our side of the building was broke, we had to walk to the other building if we wanted any. The big breakfast they also talk about was terrible. Not worth the price at all!
