Hotel was clean, easily accessible from all the local attractions. Staff was very friendly, the morning breakfast excellent. Unfortunately, the advertised hot tub was posted as permanently closed. The main building ice maker appeared to have been broken for some time, and a sign referred you to one in another building. Overall, our stay was a value for the price.

The breakfast was good and staff were nice. The room was clean. They should say that the sauna and hot tub are broken and wont be repaired ant time soon. That was the main reason we chose this property. It was our honeymoon booked and prepaid for 4 days. The air conditioner was so loud i could hardly sleep.

The room had an odor of mustine like being old, and I wasn’t even gonna hold that against the hotel. There were roaches in our room. The ice machine was broken that was closest to our room. The hot tub was permanently closed.

I was content for the most part until waking up with bites on Sunday morning. I reported it to the clerk and off duty manager. The off duty manager stated there would be an investigation and yet there has not been a follow up call or anything. She asked me not to report to the socials or anything.
