VERY clean and cute hotel. I really dug the vibe. It was perfect for our visit. Rooms were Huge. Has a mini fridge And microwave. Very nice prime location. All around a perfect stop and would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone

cute rooms. the fridge had someone’s leftovers in it. but they did apologize and offered to clean it. I broke a Lava lamp- and that cost $30 they need to secure them as they are easy to knock over and break. overall clean room, front desk staff was very friendly.

This hotel is near all the activity and offers clean, comfortable rooms. The front office staff is delightful. Our room was located around the back with parking directly in front of our room. It was a very safe location. Great stay!

First time Branson visit.

The person at the front desk was really nice and helpful. When getting into our room there were dirty towels behind the bathroom door and when the front desk was told they jumped up and took care of it immediately. She also recommended a place to eat that was some of the best food we have had. Overall the room was nice, the beds were not the best but nothing is like home so I understand that. The hotel could use some cleaning up on the property and some paint but it was still a very nice stay. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was clean...staff wonderful...bed, not so comfy... but I prefer a softer matress. Continental breakfast was very simple... nothing prepared, just pop tarts, cereal, bagels, fruit and coffee.

Keep looking. You can do better.

I don't know how this hotel has been getting 10's. The level of cleanliness was the bare minimum. The floor needed scrubbed, there are small stains on the towels and bed covers, and caulk in the shower and around the front door was dirty. There is veneer missing from the furniture and caulk cracking out around the door. We were there on a really hot day the week after Memorial Day, but the pool was closed. They just put the chemicals in and there was no explanation of why the pool wasn't ready. The lady just said there wasn't anything that she could do about it. Not helpful! Keep looking. You can do much better than this hotel.

This hotel was in a great location, close to everything. The only reason I took a star off is because the first room we were put in had dead bugs all over the floor… (there was a gap in the door that allowed for bugs/debris to get in). They quickly moved us to a new room that was much cleaner, thankfully. Their customer service made up for this shortcoming- they were friendly and prompt and seemed to truly want us to enjoy our stay/leave with a pleasant experience. The owner even called me once I had left to apologize for an issue I had with the room key card. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a simple, well priced hotel that is near everything.
