Parking was the biggest issue. If you would just use valet parking that would help resolve the issue. 24 hr valet service would open up parking for those who do not want it but he'll those handicapped as well.

Microwave in the room would have been nice. I like to have microwave popcorn in the evening. The bathrooms a bit small for a tall person. Knees were very close to the door when I sit on the toilet. Shower curtain needs to be shorter or the rod needs to be raised. Did not feel safe standing on the base of the shower curtain while showering. Iron boards needs to be in every room before you check in. A standard size ironing board needs to be there for a TALL person. Front desk was pleasant. Overall stay was good.

Change up the breakfast. The carpet is not great and there was an exposed wire on our room by the ac unit on the floor. Definitely could use an update. The pool area was dirty. When we got off the elevator, an employee was upset and said fu&@ this $hithole! The front desk was polite though.

The showers & a/c were great. Check in was horrible. Arrived around 5pm 8/5. We were told the room had been cleaned but not yet inspected. So we needed to wait ~15 minutes. 45 minutes later, I went back to the front desk to inquire about our room. Still had not been inspected but we could go ahead to our room. They did give us drinks @ the bar downstairs. {Which they were out of draft beer...} The room was acceptable. Freezer was totally frozen over. Breakfast bar left alot to be desired. Especially in the customer service. Host was great, spike to us & took us to our table. Not ONE waitress came to our table or spoke to us! Leaving tip jars on all the tables is not an appropriate choice - that I've ever seen. We did leave a tip in the jar; however we tipped our host appropriately. We've stayed at several hotels in Branson & can honestly say, I was disappointed. "Resort" in your company name gave us false impressions of what to expect.

First visit to Thousand Hills - Challenging experi

Well, upon arrival it took about an hour before we were able to get the door key system to work so that we could get into the room.Two more times during the 4 night stay we had to get a maintenance person to work on the keys / lock system to get us back into our room. Expect these updates and repairs would be addressed before a return visit will be scheduled.
