Have stayed a couple times at this hotel! Like staying at Thousands Hill Hotel in Branson because it’s clean and the staff are helpful and very nice!

Breakfast had a great variety and was replenished 4 times during our 45minutes eating there. Air conditioning was great and kept us cool all night, room was quiet and peaceful. staff were friendly and helpful, only con was the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. A few mold spots in and above the shower and the bathroom needed more ventilation and the floor in the bathroom had some residue of something but a great stay overall.

Room cleanliness was really lacking. Carpet in room was wet between the beds with empty water bottles under the bed. The room was extremely humid, the air conditioner very loud and would kick on/off about every 2-3 min. bathroom was dirty with hair on side of the tub. Staff in breakfast buffet was rude. When asked if item would be restocked on buffet was told I could wait like everyone else.

Si this is a run down hotel that at one time was a really great place to stay. Our beds sunk down quite a bit when you laid on them and I'm only about 170 lbs. The room air conditioner worked great. It seemed clean but just worn down. Our bathroom door had a broken part of the door for instance. Neat place to stay if you can book it cheap and keep expectations low.

We booked a 1 bedroom suite but they over sold the hotel and we were stuck with a double queen. The room smelled bad. Popcorn was left on the bed. The door frame looked like someone used a crowbar to break in. We didn’t feel safe. The bedding was super thin. Bed was comfortable though. Thank goodness we got extra blankets even though it took them over an hour to get it. The wood was chiped, making it all look dated. The toilet kept running unless you wiggled handle. Bathroom was so tiny. We were given vouchers for breakfast but it was AWFUL. All the food was cold and undercooked. All pastries were gone. The fruit looked gross. We were told that we would be refunded half our stay but that wasn't true. We only received 18% back. The manager was never available and front desk staff couldn't help. This was the worst trip we had to Branson!
