Peaceful lakeview condo. Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, located on the third floor is perfect for your party of six or less. The master suite comes with a luxurious queen bed and private bathroom. The guest suite has two twin beds with a private bathroom as well. You'll find a pullout bed in the living room couch to sleep up to two additional guests.

Enjoy your relaxing stay by starting your morning off with a cup of coffee on our private covered patio located just off the living room. Take in the gorgeous views of Lake Taneycomo, famous for its Trout fishing. When you're finished, spend the day on any of the many local golf courses, Point Royale is practically within walking distance! Take a trip back to the 1880’s at Silver Dollar City (just 15 minutes away) where this world famous park has plenty of thrilling rides, shows, and delicious food for the whole family! You could enjoy White Water, rent a boat or a jet ski from State Park Marina (just 5 minutes away) to cruise Table Rock Lake, or even go parasailing! Not interested in boating? Head on over to Moonshine Beach for some fun in the sand and swimming in Table Rock Lake. We’re also just two-and-a-half miles from the Branson "strip'"(Highway 76) and just minutes to all other major Branson attractions, wineries, restaurants, award winning shows, shops and more.
We’re so close to everything, yet just off the beaten path to avoid heavy traffic.

KITCHEN
This beautiful kitchen has everything you need for your stay. From appliances (a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and a coffee maker), cookware, utensils, dishes, and basic condiments, you have everything you need to cook at home, if you choose. We even have a Traeger on the patio, which allows you to grill while watching the boats stroll by. But keep in mind that Branson is home to many wonderful restaurants. BEDROOMS
Each of our beds has an immaculate setup that's laundered before each guest arrives. You can rest in style and know that your bedding is as clean as it is at home! There is a TV located I. The upstairs bedroom.
Master bedroom closet contains a Pack-n-Play for your tiny travelers.
**Couch in the living room is a pull out for extra sleeping space, if needed.

BATHROOMS
There are hair dryers in both bathrooms. There are plenty of towels and washcloths for your stay.

WASHER/DRYER
A stackable washer and dryer set is available, so you can do laundry during your trip.
2 loads of laundry soap/dryer sheets are available with each stay.

CONDO EXTRAS
This condo has a flat screen Smart TV with high speed Internet. When you’re looking for a little downtime, we have a deck of cards, UNO, a puzzle, and a couple of games available.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am.

SIDE NOTE:
This is a smoke free condo.
If you do smoke outside of the residence, please do not throw your cigarette butts on the grounds. This would be greatly appreciated.
LIMIT 2 CARS PER RESERVATION
Traveling with a trailer requires a parking permit which you can receive at the front office (1 Fall Creek Dr).
