Peaceful neighborhood of landscaped lawns and long driveways is where youll find us! Our ground floor apartment features 2 bedrooms: master bedroom (king bed) flows into living/den area which is where you’ll find the 75” mounted, flat screen. A short hallway leads to the “guest” bedroom, it has a separate 55” TV. A full dining area, complete kitchen and full size laundry room are also present. Perfect location balance: retail and industry= Chateau Elan Winery; Road Atlanta; University of North Georgia; Lake Lanier; Atlanta Falcons Traing Camp; Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Atlanta Braves Triple A affiliate, etc are nearby but not too close!

This is a very nice property with a wonderful owner. Nice Kitchen and comfortable beds. We will certainly return.
