Sehr gutes Hotel in toller Lage. Service in Lobby und car parking hervorragend. Im Restaurant etwas übergriffig , aber ok. Wenn der Gast anmerkt, der Weißwein ist zu warm, dann sollte man nicht erklären, er wäre kalt genug. Zimmer super. Leider nachts von 12 bis 3 Uhr unglaublicher Lärm wegen Aufräum- und Partynachbereitungsarbeiten. Reklamation ist verhallt.

Conveniently located to the majority of old town Brasov. The hotel was very clean. The women that checked us in were very knowledgeable and helpful. The porters were great as well. The rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure was great. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

Perfect location

Very convent easy walk to center square filled with restaurants. Very nice room friendly staff. Breakfast needs to be improved. Not like the breakfasts at other Radisson Blu hotels like in Bucharest.

Great hotel and staff

High quality hotel in Brasov. The hotel is conveniently located close to the old city, with access to many bars and restaurants. The rooms are small-ish but very well kept. We were impressed with Petru who was doing housekeeping duties on our floor and maintained a high level of professionalism and cleanliness during our stay.

Had an amazing experiment. My room was immaculate, overlooking the park, staff were exteremly friendly and one staff member how had just finsished his shift offered a tour of the facility and taught me tons of things about the area when he heard it was my first time visiting. Would absolutely stay again!

Great hotel

Great hotel and really friendly reception team. Fantastic views from the rooftop bar. I would highly recommend. I had a beautiful balcony room on the fourth floor overlooking the park.

We decided to base ourselves in Brasov to tour Transylvania. The Radisson is a well designed modern hotel in a terrific spot. When we checked in the agent seemed confused as to why we had a suite with a pull out couch and a second room. Our 25-year-old daughter is traveling with us. He felt compelled to change our accommodations, but realized we booked through Expedia and that was not possible. We kept the suite and really enjoyed our extra space. Unfortunately, we never got to the roof top pool. Our beef with the Radisson is about the overpriced buffet breakfast for $150 Romanian Lei per person about $40 USD. There was plenty of selection, but only one coffee machine worked at a time. Also, with self-service we felt like we totally overpaid. We then returned to our room to find the head of Housekeeping training her staff and they did not immediately leave. Awkward! Another small confusion is that my returned laundry order was not left in a noticeable place. The Radisson is near Brasov’s historic square, while the room price is fairly reasonable. Do NOT fall for the breakfast buffet!
