This condo underwent a complete interior remodel. The remodel included a new custom cherry wood kitchen, new drywall ceilings/lighting, hand-textured walls, new custom cherry wood vanities and sinks, new cherry wood doors throughout the unit, etc. Other people have suggested that we might have gone overboard with our improvements for a 'rental unit'.
