Tämä loma-asunto on uusi hallintaohjelmaamme. Ei vielä arvosteluja, mutta voit olla ensimmäinen arvostelija! Toivomme näkevämme sinut pian Breckenridgessä.

Tämä 3 makuuhuoneen, 2. 5-kylpyhuoneinen erillinen vuoristökoti nukkuu 9: llä, kaksi queen-vuodetta, yksi kerrossänky, yksi parivuode, jossa kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja yksi erillinen sänky. Siinä on tilava oma terassi, jossa ympäröivät korkeat mäntyjä. Puiden keskuudessa tämä koti varmistaa hiljaisen oleskelun. Päätasolla on oma sauna ja oleskelutilassa on holvikatot ja suuret ikkunat. Nauti yksityisten pyykkien ja yhden autotallin lisämukavuudesta. Nauti eristäytyneestä kodistasi poissa kotoa tai siirry lähellä olevaan Breckenridge-hiihtoon, ostosmahdollisuuksiin ja paljon hyvää ruokaa.

Ylisuuressa sisäänkäynnissä on penkki ja kiinnitetyt koukut sekä puuhella pitämään lämpimänä. Olohuoneessa on holvikatot ja Smart TV kiviympäristön kaasutakan vieressä. Tilava oma terassi on aivan keittiön ohi ja tarjoaa upeat näkymät treedille. Nauti raikkaasta vuoristoilmasta ja hyödynnä kaasugrilli kotiruokaa varten. Nauti aivan kannen äärestä infrapunakuivalla saunalla, jossa voit rentoutua pitkän seikkailupäivän jälkeen.

Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikilla välttämättömillä keittiö- ja ruokailuvälineillä, jotka tekevät aterian poissa kotoa. Ruokailutila mahtuu mukavasti kahdeksalle kolmella lisäpaikalla aamiaisbaarissa. Tällä päätasolla on puoli kylpyamme. Kaikissa kylpyhuoneissa on pyyhkeet ja ensimmäinen kylpytuotteita.

Master-sviitti on päätasolla ja siinä on queen-size-vuode ja taulutelevisio. Nauti omasta yksityisestä pääsystä kannelle kauniiden ranskalaisten ovien kautta. Kylpyhuoneessa on kaksinkertainen pesuallas ja ovi erottaa suihku- / amme-yhdistelmän ja wc-alueen yksityisyyden lisäämiseksi. Sinulla on myös pääsy pesukoneeseen ja kuivausrumpuun, joka sijaitsee Master-sviitissä aivan kylpyhuoneen vieressä. Tarjollasi on pyykinpesuaine.

Yläkerrassa on kaksi vierashuonetta. Ensimmäisessä vierashuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja taulutelevisio. Toisessa vierashuoneessa on yhden hengen kokoinen kerrossänky ja kaksi yhden hengen kokoista sänkyä, joista toisessa on kaksi vyöryä. Siellä on myös taulutelevisio. Aulan lopussa on oma työtila, jossa on sisäänrakennettu työpöytä ja hyllyt. Siellä on myös vieraskylpyhuone, jossa on yksi pesuallas turhamaisuus ja suihku / amme-yhdistelmä.

Wonderful Breckenridge Getaway

This home was very clean, cozy and inviting! The location is fantastic, close enough to Breckenridge yet out enough to feel as though you are surrounded by the great outdoors. The stream behind the house and all of the beautiful trees make for a serene setting. The owners are very kind and provided such great customer service. I would definitely book with them again! Gorgeous!

We visited this home in September and had a wonderful experience. When we arrived we found the home to be cozy, clean, and family friendly. Sitting on the back deck listening to the mountain brook was beautiful and relaxing. We visited Breckenridge which we found to be full of activities with many quaint restaurants. We plan to return soon and will again stay in a "Little Slice of Heaven" !

The property is very well maintained. The only issue was related to water pressure noise when flushing. All in all the home was clean, roomy and offered all the basic needs. We appreciated the WIFI strength and Sauna. Nice addition, nice patio/deck put back to enjoy the greenery and sounds of the river flowing. Great Al fresco dining. Management company was also very responsive and courteous.

A gem of a house in Breckenridge!

My family really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, well-maintained and immaculate home. The house is nestled in a beautiful, tree filled neighborhood, and the house itself is adjacent to a stream-a very peaceful retreat! The home's location is very convenient, just a short drive to downtown Breck. We were just a small party of 4 (2 adults, one teen and one tween), but the house is big enough to comfortably accommodate a larger party. The owners were extremely responsive as well. We chose this house based on the excellent reviews and it actually surpassed our expectations. We hope to return next year!

The home was beautiful, welcoming, well stocked and very well located to Breckenridge and all other points of interest in that area of Colorado. From Morning walks in the neighborhood to listening to the Blue River running in the evening to lull you to sleep. It was awesome!

Beautiful Views

The neighborhood and the views were spectacular. The house itself was good. The master bed has a foam liner to make it more comfortable. Word to the wise, bring your own pillow. The pillows were all too hard or too flat. The garage was a great space to keep our suburban out of the cold winter. One of the neighbors even came and plowed the driveway twice while we were there. That was very nice. It’s about a 10-13 minute drive to Breck, depending on the time of day so very convenient. One element that was disappointing is the water system. Every time the toilet flushes upstairs, there is a crazy loud noise that comes from the septic pump system and it is literally on the wall right behind the headboard in the master bedroom, so every time someone uses the restroom at night, the master occupants are startled awake. The system itself is very noisy in general but it isn’t an issue unless you are sleeping. They did have a humidifier, but unfortunately, it didn’t work so the air was very dry. We didn’t get to use the sauna while there but it was a nice option. I somehow thought it was in the house but it is in a small room off of the garage. You have to walk outside in the deep snow (or shovel snow off of back porch) to access it, so that was why we didn’t use it.

Terrible experience due to limited thermostat/unable to heat

Cabin was ok, but the experience was ruined due to inability of heater to heat past 69-70 degrees, even after 12 hours. Arrived on a Sunday, contacted support and was told no one available to come out that day. It was too cold and we wound up checking out early due to this. Management sent out maintenance and they checked that “heat was coming out fine”…the heat did come out, but not enough to raise temperature. I suspect the thermostat was probably either preset to not go above 70 degrees or something faulty, but I couldn’t say. Their response was irrelevant to the reported issue, stating that “everything works as it should”. Internet initially didn’t work on arrival, had to call multiple times and troubleshoot for about an hour until I got it to work. Tv never worked. Same response, no one able to come out that day. So cabin looked fine, but the utilities were absolutely garbage. If you’re looking for a cabin that doesn’t heat past 70 degrees, flaky internet and no TV then you may have found what you’re looking for.

Blue river getaway

The home was a good fit and enough space for our group. We were surpised one evening when we came back to the property to find two moose grazing in the front yard. Location was very convenient for getting to the trailhead for quandry peak
