If you are looking for a charming romantic getaway with balcony overlooking babbling creek, look no further. This tiny (280 sq.ft.), stylish studio is in easy walking distance to Main Street, Snowflake Lift and Sawmill Reservoir. Ski back to the condo via Four O’Clock run. It is furnished with a king size bed with luxury down bedding, big screen TV and a loveseat recliner. Escape to the heart of the Rocky Mountains and experience our enchanting town. Access to Upper Village Pool and Hot Tubs.
This is our romantic getaway away from home. I hope you will love it as much as we do! Park your car outside and you won’t need it for the rest of your vacation. No parking fee or resort fee at this location, so have an extra dessert or a cocktail instead! In the summer, you can leave the balcony door open and be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the creek outside. In the winter, the Snowflake lift is pretty much across the street from the top of the parking lot. In the end of the day, ski back down to the condo via Lower Sawmill. Don’t forget to visit the Upper Village Pool and relax in the hot tub after your adventures. Breckenridge beautiful Main Street with charming shops and delicious restaurant is an easy downhill walk. You can take the Free Ride bus back to the condo if you don’t feel like walking. It is a must to visit the troll Isak Hearthstone while you are in town!
Room. King size bed with summer 2024 new medium firm mattress, 55" flat-screen TV with live channels, and reclining loveseat. Small dining table for 2.
Kitchenette. It is equipped for light meals. It has a sink, a small refrigerator, drip coffee maker, electric tea kettle, Keurig and a microwave. It's stocked with dishes, glasses, and cutlery.
Bathroom. Glass shower with travertine tiles.
Balcony. Private balcony with 2 chairs, overseeing a gurgling creek and Four O'Clock Ski Run.
Pool and Hot Tubs. You will have access to the off-property Upper Village Pool and Hot Tubs. It's located about three blocks from the condo. The clubhouse is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and then during the regular ski season (closing sometimes in the beginning of April).
Parking. Free outdoor parking for one car.
Wi-fi. Free basic wi-fi through Dish Network is provided.
Washer and Dryer. There is a coin-operated washer and dryer at the property.
The condo is only three blocks from historic Main Street, with all shops and restaurants.
Ski-In Ski-Out. Snowflake lift is less than a block from the condo. It would take you to Peak 8. At the end of the day, you can ski all the way back to the condo via the Four O'Clock Ski Run (weather/snow permitting). Alternatively, there is a bus less than one block away that would take you to the Gondola. The bus is free and takes only about 3 minutes.
