Pine Creek L Townhouse on upea 4 makuuhuoneen, 4. 5-kylpyhuoneen deluxe-huoneisto, joka sopii jopa 12 hengen ryhmille. Neljä tasoa, kaikille on runsaasti tilaa venyttää ja rentoutua. Rakastat myös sijaintia - vain viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Quicksilver-hissist��, sekä kaikki historiallisen Main Street Breckenridge -ravintolan ruokailu-, ostos- ja viihdetarjonta. Kaikki rakastavat yksityistä poreallasta, ja voit nauttia kausiluonteisesta pääsystä Columbine-altaalle ja klubitalolle, jossa on ulkokylpytynnyrit ja lämmitetty ulkouima-allas.

Olohuone on lämmin ja kutsuva joki-rock-kaasutakka, suuri taulutelevisio ja runsaasti istumapaikkaa - se on vain paikka rentoutua pitkän päivän jälkeen juomien, keskustelun ja suosikkielokuvan rinteillä. Täysin varusteltu, uusittu keittiö tarjoaa graniittitasot, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja kaiken, mitä tarvitset joukkojen pitämiseksi onnellisina ja ruokittuna. Jokaisessa tämän tilavan kaupunkiasunnon makuuhuoneessa on oma yksityinen sviitti, jossa on oma kylpyhuone ja LCD-TV. Muita mukavuuksia ovat yhden auton autotalli (jossa on ylimääräinen pysäköintipaikka), pesukone / kuivausrumpu ja ilmainen Wi-Fi koko kotiin. Ja sähköautojen omistajille, siellä on oma 50amp, 220 voltin pistorasia sähköautojen lataamiseen autotalliin.

I don’t understand the property to have a lakefront so the questions are confusing, but everything was great except the beds. Very old, squeaky and lumpy. A bad night of sleep does impact the experience and all three adult rooms had the same issue. Also the place needs oven mits.

Nice property, terrible management

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a property management company. The unit did not have heat when we arrived. Colorado law states that landlords (which includes property management for rentals) must maintain adequate heat on cold days of 70 degrees F. The heat was not working and management was reluctant to provide a fix despite small children staying with us and an outside temperature of 20 degrees F. I was told multiple false promises by management regarding where my party could relocate and the duration of the relocation, and management raised their voices to me on multiple phone calls without provocation. I understand it was no one’s fault that the heat was not functional, but the treatment I received in trying to fix the heat and find a new accommodation for 10 people in a crowded resort town was galling. My party lost a day of vacation and rest due to mismanagement and poor communication from the management team. The property was well located, adequately outfitted with amenities, and was relatively clean. Drains in multiple bathrooms did not work and some linens were quite dirty and used. I would stay in this location again if it were managed by a different property management company.

Great house

House was very nice lots of space and bathrooms, the private hot tub was also nice after skiing. Only issues we had was the garage door was the main entrance and it sometimes took a few tries before it would register and open the door. As a side note if you arrive early they don’t let you store your luggage in the garage you have to bring it to there main building which is roughly a mile away

Cozy and practical!

We really enjoyed this townhome. It had plenty of space for our family of 8 and was very close to the bus route into town or to the slopes. We would consider renting this unit again!

The Good, Bad and Ugly

The Good. Clean, organized and well equipped for convenience. The Bad. Poor setup for accessing condo. We had issues moments after arrival. We successfully entered condo, but then the key pad used for access control through garage failed. We had to leave a condo door unlocked for 24 hours until property management resolved. They issue was a security concern and safety issue, to say the least, and then, we had to spend much time with countless messages to the property management company explaining the issue, we even sent pictures at their request. All this because they don’t offer you a physical key or personable check in. Next issue, HEAT! The upstairs portion of condo, consisting of master bedroom and a guest room, were consistently COLD! The thermostat did not work! I have pictures and video to prove it. Then, we tried using the Fireplace, but then it immediately started to smell like something was burning. We were all very concerned and unanimously decided to not use the upstairs fireplace. All this very inconvenient given we could not heat those bedrooms and bathrooms adequately; does anyone like to step out of the shower in a 60 degree cold room? Last item. HOT TUB was FILTHY! I have pictures. When we arrived the hot tub was on and hers were operating well, the water appeared opaque. On third night of our stay we needed the hit tub. However, with the hit tub jets off and water calm, we quickly recognized the tub was rife with BLACK SCUM!

Weekend Getaway

Great townhouse for a quick weekend getaway. Lots of space, comfy bedrooms and a bathroom for each. Located right along a river and close to the beautiful mountain. Only a quick walk to the famous troll in the woods and downtown. Would highly recommend and will visit again.

Great space close to everything

Beautiful property in an excellent location. We were able to easily walk to downtown and to many trails. The condo was well furnished and stocked with everything we needed. The view and sound of the river right outside our back door was lovely. There is even a gas station/convenience shop within walking distance for any last minute needs. This review would be five stars all around if we didn’t have a deck painting interruption during our stay that kept us from using the decks for a portion of our visit. Check in was a breeze and property management checked up on us to see how our stay was going early in our visit. They were also easy to reach and very responsive. We would definitely enjoy visiting again.

Family Ski Trip

This place has everything you need. Plenty of space to come together and hang out or get away if needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Games and puzzles to play. Hot tub was just what we needed after skiing all day. Within walking distance of Main Street and ski in and out to Peak 8. Will definately come back. Great experience from check in to check out.

3 families stayed there. Layout was good so each family had its own sleeping area.

Great location and separate areas worked well. Only issue was the owner decided to replace the hot tub while we were there so it was not usable during our stay. However Summit Rentals did discount the rent because the hot tub was not available.
