YKSITYISKOHDAT: Nauti yksityisestä lomanviettopaikasta tässä "Snowy River Retreat" -hotellissa. Tätä kaunista kotia ympäröi Araphanon kansallismetsä, joten se on hiljainen ja yksityinen koti, joka sijaitsee kätevällä paikalla vain 2 mailin päässä Breckenridgen keskustasta. Upeaan mukavuuteen kuuluu 4 makuuhuonetta, 3. 5 kylpyhuonetta, puuhella, poreallas ja ihanat majoitukset 15 vieraalle.

Tämän kodin toisen kerroksen pääasiallinen oleskelutila on tärkein tapaamispaikka vieraille. Keittiössä on runsaasti vastatilaa ja se on täysin varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset herkullisen aterian valmistukseen yöpymisissäsi. Vieraat voivat nauttia ruokailusta yhdessä lähellä olevassa ruokasalissa ja siirtyä sitten elokuvalle elokuvaa kiinnitetyllä taulutelevisiolla tai viihtyisästi lähellä puuhella suosikkijuoman kanssa. Tällä tasolla on myös kaunis makuuhuone, jossa on muhkeat king-vuoteet, parivuodesohva ja parisänky ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa ylellinen höyrysuihku ja kaksoisallas-turhamaisuus.

Ensimmäisen kerroksen oleskelutilassa on mukava, täysin vuodesohva ja iso taulutelevisio. Tämä taso tarjoaa myös ihanan queen-huoneen, ja tämän tason vieraat voivat käyttää jaettua kylpyhuonetta, jossa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä. Kolmannen kerroksen yläkerrassa vieraat voivat valita kahdesta huoneesta - toisessa parisänky, parivuode ja parisänky ja toisessa parisänky ja kaksi kerrossänkyä sekä parivuode. The house was perfect for our group of 8. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, silverware, pots & pans. There was an abundance of extra blankets and pillows which came in handy. Would definitely recommend!

This place was amazing has everything you need and more!

This is a beautiful home with all the things you need for your stay plus a lot of extras! We had a family wedding and being so close to downtown we had lots to do at the house with the rainy weather. Awesome time and would rebook if ever in the area Thank you!!

Great place

Perfect for our 8 (4 adults, 4 kids). Can sleep more, everyone had their own bed. The garage has games for the kids to play. Place comes with everything you need and very clean! Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderland in the woods

Wonderful stay! What more could we add to prior reviews? Four-wheel-drive is definitely a must, but that has been mentioned. We agree with all of it. No negatives at all. In fact, better than our expectations! Incredibly responsive, owner and property managers . We hope to stay there again!

Beautiful house!! Perfect location in Breck!

We got lucky with this one. The property we booked initially ended up getting canceled because of a busted water main, the day before we left. This property owner allowed us to book right away to save our trip. Check in was smooth. Very grateful for this property owner!

Christmas in Breckinridge

Everything was superb and as expected. This was my favorite home to stay at so far. All the things a family needs to stay at home and have fun. Games galore upstairs and basketball, shuffleboard and foosball downstairs, hot tub, sleds, skies, snowshoe’s, etc. There wasn’t a thing we needed to buy besides food. I enjoy being secluded but we were close enough that it’s only a 15 minute drive to the outlet malls and big box stores. We will visit again. The property managers answered every time I text them and were immediately available for any questions. Great place for a family vacation.

The property was clean and well-maintained, close to town and the slopes We had groceries delivered from City Market which made our arrival easy. Cooked two big family dinners using the many pots and pans and small appliances that are provided. Really appreciated all that! Hot tub was enjoyed. An AWD vehicle is a necessity during winter. Last night was dinner out at Salt Creek Steakhouse which was excellent, as usual! Only thing I would suggest to make the home perfect is a shower head upgrade in the master shower.

LOVE!LOVE!LOVE!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. It was very clean and the location was perfect! I loved how the house was stocked with all of the essentials. My one complaint out of the numerous houses that we have stayed at is that there is never enough dish soap, sponges, cleaning supplies etc. This house had more than enough to help us keep the place clean while we were there. We have a teenage son that normally complains that he is bored when we go on family trips. OMG....He LOVED that there was an XBox! Plus internet was great. The house is multi leveled. We were not able to utilize the down stairs area at the last place we stayed at because it was too cold. We did not have that problem at all at this house. The temperature on all levels was perfect. I really hope that this house is available the next time we stay in Colorado! We LOVED,LOVED,LOVED it!

It’s a good home

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen is new and has everything that you’ll need it’s very well equipped and functional. The owners provide a lot of board games which was fun. Overall we did not enjoy our stay that much. First of all you can’t use the main entrance to the house. The owners are NOT providing the code to the main entrance so you have to drive down to the garage and carry all the luggage and groceries through the garage, basement to the upstairs. Which in our opinion was really a pain. The owners didn’t provide that info otherwise we would have not booked that house. For us this made no sense at all and was kind of really weird. The bathroom in the master is old but clean. The basements temperature is automatically set to 65 which in our opinion was way too cold to take a shower down there or feel comfortable. You can’t adjust the temperature to your liking. Also if you are a light sleeper the basement is way too noisy throughout the night. There are machines constantly running. The wardrobe in the basement is great for ski boots and all your stuff and the garage which would be the game area is not much of a game area. The ping pong table is not usable. The location of the house is great we enjoyed the closeness to town and Skilifts.

Awesome space and location

Home was very clean and well stocked. Very close to all downtown Breck activities while still having space & nature (fox visited us!) in the immediate neighborhood. Will stay again next time in Breck - bonus points to owners for possibly being TB Linghting fans!!!

Plenty of space in the home for privacy within your group. Kitchen is well stocked. Easy access with codes on doors. Great neighborhood for morning walks or quiet coffee on the porch. We appreciated the extra touches for guests....hot tub towels, phone chargers and humidifier, to name a few. We visited in August with both sets of in-laws. All thought the home was perfect. Perfect space, perfect location! Highly recommend!!
