This Townhome is located approximately 3.5 miles from downtown Breckenridge high above the city limits on Boreas Pass. An easy 2-hour drive west of Denver, from the Denver International Airport, via Interstate 70 and Highway 9 to Breckenridge.

A spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath, 3-story floor plan with mountain views, fully furnished with all the comforts of home. Relax after a day in the snow next to the newly updated wood-burning fireplace. With approx. 2,000 square feet of space there is room for family and friends. You'll enjoy a 1-queen bed in the master bedroom, 1-queen bed in the first guest room and 2-twin beds in the second guest room. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

This Townhome has a three level design, with the living room, dining room, kitchen, full laundry wash/dry and one bath on the main level. The second level has 2-bedrooms, 2-full bathrooms and a private sauna, with the third bedroom located on the upper level.

Kitchens are fully equipped for dining in or out. Too tired to go out...enjoy streaming movies with high-speed internet, cable, or dvds or kick-back on the deck watching the slopes.

Services –The free Summit Stage Shuttle System has a bus stop located directly in front of the Rockridge Townhomes, which offers transportation throughout the entire Breckenridge Resort area.

Area Activities and Recreation – Skiing & Snowboarding, Cross Country Skiing, Snowmobiling, Sleigh Rides, ice-skating, or Tubing. Or partake in a relaxing evening of apre ski or dine at one of many fine restaurants in Breckenridge.

Spacious Quiet Mountaintop Retreat offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
