The villa develops over three floors in addition to a basement level.
On the top floor there is a double bedroom with a private bathroom, equipped with a shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
On the first floor there is the master bedroom with lake view, a spacious bathroom also with a view of Lake Garda, equipped with a corner whirlpool bath, shower, bidet, sink and WC. On the same floor there is an open bedroom with a double bed and splendid lake view.
On the ground floor, accessible via stairs, is the living area with open kitchen, with direct access to the terrace, garden and swimming pool, as well as an additional double bedroom with bathroom equipped with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet.
There is also a cellar, which remains for private use of the property and can be accessed occasionally.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for your holiday on Lake Garda and features a dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. It also has direct access to the terrace and garden, where you can dine outdoors.

From the car park it is necessary to climb some stairs to reach the entrance of the villa. Inside, the various floors are accessible exclusively by stairs.

Renowned locations such as Bardolino, Malcesine and Riva del Garda are reachable in approximately 10–40 minutes by car, depending on traffic. From Malcesine it is also possible to take the ferry to Limone sul Garda.
Just behind the house there are splendid trails that lead to the discovery of the characteristic villages in the area, such as Biaza with its evocative little church. In just a few minutes by car it is also possible to visit the Aril river, the shortest in Italy, located at Cassone on Lake Garda. Continuing towards Malcesine you can visit its fascinating castle or take the cable car up to the panoramic summit of Monte Baldo.
