clean modern hotel.

We worried it would be too far on foot with suitcases. However, it was a short walk from the bus stop. We arrived late at night and there are no restaurants in walking distance. Although the hotel advertised hot drinks and snacks - there were none.. Otherwise, breakfast good but terrible coffee. Staff always helpful and friendly.

A budget hotel in a good location

The hotel had friendly staff and the buffet breakfast was very good. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony. The bathroom and bedroom were very clean. Easy parking near to reception. The hotel was in a peaceful location with good access to the centre of Brest and visitor attractions.

Hotel close to sailing facilities

Hotel usual B and B standard. Good for short stays. Very difficult to find as it is in an obscure site. Map with hotel details poor for finding location.

FUYEZ !!!

On a rĂ©servĂ© pour ĂȘtre prĂšs de l’embarcadĂšre pour Ouessant hors il y a deux ports et deux bb hĂŽtel : CE N’EST PAS LE BON. Lors de la rĂ©servation il y a plusieurs mois dĂ©jĂ  plus de chambres 4 personnes : obligĂ© de prendre trois chambres de 2 HORS 2 des trois chambres Ă©taient des chambres pour 4 !!! Il est notĂ© que si l’on embarque le sĂšche-cheveux c’est facturĂ© 29€ MAIS IL N’Y EN AVAIT PAS DANS AUCUNE CHAMBRE !!! PLUS LA LENTEUR A L’ACCUEIL FUYEZ !!!

Catastrophique

Le systĂšme informatique pour l’obtention du code ne fonctionne pas . La porte d’entrĂ©e est mal bloquĂ©e ( le haut bloque et pas le bas) Pour entrer j’ai du faire appel Ă  l’assistance qui dans un premier temps m’a donnĂ© un code qui n’ouvrait pas la porte. J’ai eu 3 code a faire pour entrer. Par ailleurs ma porte de chambre ne s’ouvrait pas avec le code donne a l’entrĂ©e par l’ordinateur qui avait bien sĂ»r sut me ponctionner les 2,2€ de taxes. L’ensemble est dĂ©sastreux d’autant qu’il faut faire un no en 08 - donc payant - pour vous joindre dans le cadre de la rĂ©servation : Je suis trĂšs mĂ©content et vous ne pourrai me donner aucune excuse qui justifie tous ces problĂšmes !!!
