Located on the outskirts of Rochefort, near Fouras and its beaches, and close to La Rochelle, this 1,400 sq ft cottage can comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 people.

You will stay in a rural and authentic setting while enjoying all the comforts of a modern home.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by La Conciergerie Immobilière Rochefort Océan et Fouras, who will show you around the house, give you the keys, provide you with all the necessary information and tourist details, and assist you during your stay if needed.

OTHER REMARKS:

Bed linen and towels are not provided - Available for hire from the Conciergerie.

Cleaning is not compulsory - Cleaning service available from the Conciergerie.

No smoking.

No parties allowed.

You have the option of cleaning yourself, in which case:

- a MANDATORY CLEANING DEPOSIT OF €190(check not cashed and returned upon departure after verification) will be requested upon arrivalor- you have the option of PURCHASING THE CLEANING PACKAGE for €190 from the Concierge.

BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED (linen can be rented from the Concierge Service).
