-Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system

-Please always make sure to close the garage door to avoid water and pipes to freeze during winter season
-No food or drink in hot tub
-Do not touch spa controls,
-Snow equipment to be kept in outside hall storage
-Please refill the hot tub before checking out if the water has splashed out or if the water level is low.
