Family Home - Briançon with Shared Terrace and Balcony

We are a couple, Marina and Mathieu, with two children, and we occasionally rent out our home so we can maintain it—it’s very dear to us! Our family house is located in Briançon (Serre Chevalier 1200 m) and features a large, sunny garden with a terrace, chicken coop (fresh eggs every morning), swing, and trampoline. The ski lifts are just a 5-minute drive away, and the ski bus stops right next to the house.



The property offers a welcoming kitchen and living room with a pellet stove and plenty of books. On the first floor, you’ll find a bedroom with its own bathroom and separate toilet. The second floor has another bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, washing machine, and two children’s bedrooms with a balcony. On the third floor, there’s a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.



Pets are welcome! Up to 5 pets are allowed—please don’t let them on the sofas or beds.



There are four parking spaces on the property, and free street parking is available.



The host is a ski instructor and can offer lessons or advice to guests.
