And charm it is! This cottage offers every amenity you could wish for, from the outside in.

Let's begin with the beautiful grilling area, featuring both a built-in propane grill and a charcoal grill, along with a cozy seating area and fire pit to enjoy while preparing dinner.

The well-designed patio area creates a comfortable environment.

A spacious deck with a table and chairs for outdoor dining overlooks the lake.

A large lawn area is perfect for badminton or croquet.

The dock system can accommodate a sizable boat, while the frontage includes a shallow sandy area for swimming or jumping off the dock—always a fun activity.

Inside, the open living area offers comfortable seating and a large screen TV and is located right off the deck. The well-equipped kitchen includes all necessities and a large dining table for indoor meals or games. You'll appreciate the two electric lobster pots because when in Maine, you must have lobster!

There are two bedrooms on the first level, along with a full bath, while the upper level features an additional three bedrooms, a full bath, and a loft for kids overlooking the lake.

This is an extraordinary cottage and books early!

Although the property has five bedrooms, the owner allows a maximum of six people, and there is a strict no-pet policy.
