Very easy to get to and ample parking, lovely gardens as expected for a golf hotel. Booked through Expedia and all correspondence through Expedia, replied to a message received asking for any room request- asked for a message to be left for our son in the room- this was not actioned. Also room towels and cups only set up for 2 instead of 4 and there was no mini bar in the room as offered, however this was quickly rectified by reception staff and a good will drink offered. Pool area was good, a little dated compared to golf facilities but perfectly serviceable. Staff are lovely and very accommodating in all areas of the hotel. All in all i would book again maybe just work on message requests from external booking companies.

Really good all round! Every member of staff friendly and eager to help! Jack in the bar particularly! Facilities across the resort extensive and great for the family. Food in the bar great but perhaps a little overpriced is only downside to whole stay. Breakfast really good too in nice breakfast room.

What can i say first time staying here had best girls night with my daughter, even booked for my partner This hotel got be first one ive not complained about the room it was 10/10 for the cleaners to,reception lady was so lovely , breakfast was nice, just some of the older staff could of been little bit more better with customers/staff... Next door to a room with some kind of generator and kept us up all night with the loud noise that came from it. Very nice hotel

The hotel was clean and room was well presented. We used the facilities at the Health Club and we enjoyed that. We have a plant-based diet and we found that plant-based options were very limited at dinner and breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay there again
