Everything is all fine about this hotel. The breakfast was tasty and felt quality incrediants had been used. The room was quiet, despite located on the service area of the M25.
The only downside is to consider the cost of parking, at £38 for 24 hrs it is a little steep and could sway you to look elsewhere if you add this into the budget of your stay.
This hotel is a great value for the price. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel is right next to the train station and an easy walk to shopping and the Brighton Palace Pier. The facility is clean and well managed, and the beds were very comfortable. I am planning another trip for next spring or summer to take my daughter to Brighton with me and will likely stay there again.
The hotel is located a bit of a walk from the city centre. The room was quiet, and having both a double bed and a single bed was a nice bonus. However, the air conditioning did not work well, as it kept stopping during the night and made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom facilities were also quite outdated and it was very hard to press the flush button.
We had a very nice stay in the 'Leonardo Brighton Railway Station' as it's known. It was very convenient for the town centre (20 minute walk through The Lanes) and with parking directly opposite (payment required). We were welcomed into the very clean, spacious and modern hotel by friendly reception staff and directed to our family room on the third floor. The room was fairly spacious and had two beds, one double, 1 single which had very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The bathroom was large with toiletries supplied and lots of hot water available in the shower-bath. The room had a television, tea/coffee making facilities, bottled water and lots of towels. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was very good and ate the buffet breakfast which was plentiful and had something for all tastes. All staff in the restaurant were efficient and pleasant. I recommend this hotel.

Clean comfortable and a good location. Train station directly opposite but couldn’t notice noise. Car park out front and good price. Service was great. Great value for money
