Nice hotel with helpful staff.
Great location, car park and train station opposite the hotel and close to Brighton's North Laine. 15 min's walk through the lanes to get to the sea front.
Unclean staff is rude and very uninformative to the information required to give guests was locked out of my toom twice as the key cards stopped working
Close to railway station so useful for parking. Friendly staff. Clean room. Good breakfast. A little less restriction on the toiletries would be a good idea - they have a metal tube attached to the pump that hardly lets you press down at all! Overall though, would recommend this hotel.
Fresh, clean with attentive staff, mini shop & areas to take nice pictures in the hotel lobby adding to a memorable hotel stay. Convenient location with train station & town centre within walking distances. Minor faults noticed such as loose shampoo bottle lid but comfortable beds & warm rooms. Hot showers for a spa like experience with changeable shower head settings. Bathtub is too small/ shallow for a proper soaking. Othersise, cozy & comfortable stay.
From start to finish there were problems with this booking. No empathy or understanding from the management team even after several stays at this hotel.
Reluctance to allow me an amendment in the first place, a woeful offer of a refund for a night not used, then the booking was cancelled “automatically” even after information was sent regarding my late check in. Booking was reinstated without the original breakfast whilst I waited twenty five minutes in reception, a drinks voucher was welcomed for my hinderance but the good will was cancelled out by me not receiving the 20% discount in the restaurant for the second stay in a row. Poor personal service.

Room was clean a little tatty in places staff were lovely and friendly the hotel was just a bit far out for us said it was 10 minutes from seafront more like half an hour
It was our second stay at Leonardo's hotel, rooms are clean, staff friendly and breakfast is yummy!! It was my sons 13th birthday and I let them know by email (expecting maybe a card) but they left him balloons and birthday biscuits in our room, he was absolutely thrilled... Well done to them for going above and beyond.. :0)
We would be happy to return again and the bonus is the hotel is so close to the train station it is only a 5min walk away!

The bathroom was not cleaned enough, bathtub had holes
This is not a four star or three star hotel.
Don’t let hotel lobby fool you.
Once you get off the elevator to your floor , it’s dark dingy cruise ship feel. The room at first looks sufficient but dark. The bathroom absolutely disgusting, old , moldy. Second bed moved as it was on rollers ( this was an existing bed in room). The air conditioner did not work. Hairs in bathroom and on bed when we arrived. I notified The hotel manager who was extremely rude and not empathetic or apologetic.
Upon check out t another gentleman did ask us if our issues were resolved. It was a little too late.
