A lovely one bedroom flat in the centre of Brighton with the beach only 30 seconds walk down the road and access to the city centre shops only 2 minutes walk away. It is tucked away on the back streets so noise levels are kept to a minimum.

The flat is situated on the 3rd floor with a communal entrance area. It is completely self-contained, with an open plan living room / kitchen, separate bedroom and a shower/toilet room.

It's an ideal base for solo travellers and couples who wish to explore the vibrant city of Brighton.

The train station is 10 minutes walk through the town centre, and there are various buses which leave at the end of the road should you wish to explore further.

There are many opportunities for shopping, with the Churchill Square shopping centre just round the corner, or if you are looking for something a bit more quirky you have many small independent shops in the laines.

Brighton has a wide variety of bars and restaurants covering pretty much every cuisine you can imagine, also there are plenty of after bar options to go dancing into the early hours if you so wish.

There is also easy access to the Brighton Centre along with the large conference rooms of the Hilton and Grand hotels which often host business events and music gigs.
