Spacious room

We were surprised how spacious our room was and has an incredible view of the beach. We paid for breakfast but it was very basic so decided to eat out as there's so many local places to eat. Would distay here again.

Worth every penny!

Was away on an event in Brighton. Have stayed in Brighton many times and have not come across this hotel. I am so pleased I had this time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The cost was worth every penny. Room I had had plenty of space and airy.

Hotel was more like a HMO Staff were not welcoming. Local parking is £34.50 over night. I would say over all if you are a student you’ll love it, everyone else stay clear

Liked the individuality of the property and the relaxed vibe. Beautiful sea front view and comfy extra large bed. Just needs a little TLC to fix little things like the curtains hanging down and radiator hanging off the wall. Overall though excellent value for money x

Very poor and disappointing 😞

My family and I had a terrible stay at this hotel. I wrote to them about the issues we experienced during out stay but they ignored me. Very poor and disappointing. I would definitely avoid it.
